How do you prevent two vendors booking the same booth?
Availability is enforced at the database level with atomic reservations — not just hidden on screen. The instant a booth is taken, it's locked for everyone else, so a double-booking is literally impossible even if two people tap "book" at the same second.
Do vendors have to pay to use LiveStalksMarketMaker?
No. The vendor dashboard is completely free. Vendors only ever pay the booth fee set by the market, handled securely through Stripe. Managers choose a plan based on the size of their market.
Can a vendor book a whole season at once?
Yes — that's a core feature. A vendor can reserve the same booth for every date in a season with one click, or pick individual dates. Managers can require approval, take a deposit, or auto-confirm regulars.
How do payments and payouts work?
We use Stripe. Connect your account in a few minutes and money from booth fees lands directly in your bank. You can take full payment or a deposit at booking, issue refunds, and every transaction generates an automatic receipt.
Does it work on a phone at the market?
Absolutely. The whole platform is mobile-first. Managers can check the roster, approve bookings and scan booth passes from their phone on market day, and vendors can pull up their pass and QR check-in at the gate.
